Seamstress in Los Angeles for Club Patches

Just wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a seamstress in the LA area that knows their stuff for sewing patches on leather vests.

I am not interested in some shop that uses a sewing machine. I am specifically looking for a master seamstress that has the correct tools and does this by hand with great attention to detail. The 70 year old Slovakian woman who is tough as nails, blah blah blah..... you get the idea.
