Urban N350 Moto Open Face Helmet

Anybody ever heard of these helmets before? They're made in Europe but recently got DOT certified in the US.

I saw a review on webbikeworld and thought it looked pretty interesting.

Definitely a little different styling, more of an "aircraft" look.

Just curious if anyone has seen one, or knows anything about them.

Looks pretty cool. I'd prefer it vented and without it's big brand graphic. Anybody know a vendor?

I agree about the graphics. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an option to get the helmet without them.

They do offer a "stealth black", but they don't have a pic of it on the site. Maybe the graphics are less conspicuous on it, probably have to call to find out.

The only US distributor I can find is here. The color representations in the pics are terrible, though. I think the one shown in the main pic is supposed to be black.

Looks like they copied MOMO's helmet.

I wonder if you could peel off the graphic? With the rubberized surface, I'm guessing not.

Nope, can't take the graphics off. The Euro's are so into labeling. They think it's cool for some reason. maybe you could spray paint it black

Nope, can't peel off the graphics. They must be stenciled on under the coating, or something.

Anyway, I ordered one of these last Sunday. Monday was a holiday here in the US, but it still arrived by Thursday. I just used it for the first time yesterday.

For the most part I really like this helmet. It's very light weight, has great peripheral vision, and is relatively quiet. The wind noise does increase a little when you put the visor down, but it's still much quieter than my ACC half helmet. And I can actually hear the stereo better on my FLHX. It also doesn't bobble around at higher speeds like my half helmet does.

This is not a true 3/4 helmet. I'd call it more of a 2/3 helmet. It covers more of the back of my head than a half but doesn't come all the way down my neck. on the sides, it covers most of my ears, but the ear flaps take care of the rest. Glasses fit under it just fine.

It seems to be very well made and I found that the review at webbike world was accurate in its description.

The graphics don't bother me as much as I expected. I ordered the grey with white graphics, which is actually more of a dark silver. Kind of matches my black pearl bike but a lighter shade. Some of the other colors might exaggerate the graphics a bit more but on mine, I'm okay with it.

I ordered a large. The only small complaint I have is that I feel some pressure front to back after riding about 45 minutes. I have a narrower head side to side and longer front to back. I think the extra large would have probably been too wide side to side, so I'm keeping the large. I'm hoping after a few rides that it will conform a little better. Even with the slight pressure, it's still very comfortable.

I hadn't seen the Nexx Vintage Helmet that ViennaHog mentioned before I ordered the Urban Moto, or I might have opted for that instead. But the Nexx is about $100.00 more expensive.

All in all, I'm very happy with the new helmet. Plan to go for a longer ride today to really check it out.

It actually does come without the graphics. I have one. I believe it was called Stealth black. It just has the smaller urban logo on the front and back.

I really like the helmet - very comfortable and light.
Unfortunately, I was riding with the visor up the other day and it cracked off at the hinge. Obviously the visor is not that well built.

NEXX had a booth at Las Vegas Bikeweek. Their booth was crowded and people were byuing those helmets. They are different but in my opinion very cool. I tried one on and it was very comfortable.
