Powertrip Jackets

Hi, I'm looking at a couple of jackets from this brand, the San Jose and the Jet Black. Any opinons on these? Are they true to their size or do they run small? My main purpose for this jacket is to stuff it in my xl Bikers Friend bag on the way to work(its getting warmer in the Bay Area now, I work second shift) and to wear it with the liner intact on the ride home about 2:00 to 3:00 A.M. It's about in the 50's now when I ride home. So the things I'm looking for is fit, roll-up ability for my bag, and moderate warmth for the ride home. Thanks everyone. Oh yeah, I'm open to other brands as well, I don't want massive logos or bright colors..only black... and where is the best to buy as well? I was looking at Cycle Gear...they seeem a little overpriced. Thanks. Also I'm 6' and about 280 pounds with I think a 56 chest. I'm thinking 4xl maybe 3xl?

There are a couple of jackets that might fit the bill for you over at Leatherup.com. I remembered seeing them when I was looking for a new leather jacket the other day and they look similar to the two you mentioned from Power Trip.

The first one is "Men's Solid Black Motorcycle Armored Mesh Breathable Jacket" and can be seen here:
http://www.leatherup.com/product.asp...%2D504%2DBlack This one is only $59.95.

The second is: Men's Cordura Advanced Armor Motorcycle Jacket
and can be seen here: http://www.leatherup.com/product.asp...Turtle%2DArmor This one is $119 and has a kind of high tech or Power Ranger look to it.

I can't give you an opinion on either one - I just thought they looked like something that might work for you.

thanks brutohog...I am real reluctant to buying over the internet without knowing from a buyer how the size trueness is. For example Icon jackets run REAL small. I tried on a 3xl and could barely get it on. Felt like maybe it was at least 2 sizes too small
