Its not as nice as some of the other bikes I have seen onhere, but since prior to this bike, I have never turned a wrench (Owned a GSXR) I feel I did alright.

And the story:
September 2008 I came across this bike for 4200$. I talked him down to 3500$ and that was that. I purchased it for my wife, as I was still scared of bikes. ( 3 years prior, I was riding my buddys Ducati 996 and almost went down at 170mph. No leather, helmet or boots. Wearing shorts!!!) Well the second day she had it, she laid it down riding through the grass getting it out of the garage. She then told me she wasn’t comfortable on it and wanted an 883. Now I had every intention of this being her bike and me not riding anymore, but with her telling me that, I caught the bug.
I had never worked on a bike but this didn’t stop me. I had a friend come over and help me take it apart, afterward he looked at me and said “ Buy a manual and good luck”. At the time, I was pretty pissed, but now I am thankful he did that. I now know almost every bolt, washer and nut from looking at it. I have done quite a bit to her and she has come a long way from when I got her. Below are some of the changes I made.
