my new 99..lol new to me..

well after stripping off the parts i didnt want the 95" kit and the streetglide seat and such this is what i ended up with.. before and after pic...


What it looked like when i bought it.

started out as a 99 flhtc

added the fairing mirrors.

95" kit
screaming eagle ignition,intake,45mm carb and manifold
sc tank counsil
flhx seat
sc 205 cams
fullsac duals
samson rolled thunders
ported heads


removed the bag guards
remover tour pack
and tour pack rack
harley laydown plate holder
added fairing mirrors to cleand up the hand controls



future mods

different floor board inserts
rear pass floor boards
bagger apes
cee bailys or klock werls wind sheild
cd player
lower the rear
streetglide turn signals
glovebox lowers
different color (colbalt blue,sunglo red,blue ice pearl,black pearl?)
paint the inner fairing same color as the bike
different wheels sometime soon
possibly add a pro charger too


would like to do more but for now thats all i can think of.

Looks good!!! I just pulled the saddlebag rails off my Ultra as well. Never been much of a fan of those, it cleans up the bike a bit without them.

thanks....the hardest part was getting all the brake dust and crapoff the wheels... and its been a plast to drive... almost 700 miles in about a week so not to bad..... hell of alot more comfy then the sportster was...

thanks... over 10,000 miles this year so far....cee bailys curved windsheid was added a couple of months ago look awsome but does crap for wind and bugs and such.......also took off the crappy samson rolled thunders and replaced with the revers slash cut sc muffs.. no removable baffle but sound good..

thanks alot.... i have gone thru 2 tires this year already.. bought it in febuary put 2 miles on it took it in for a bigbore kit and sice april 3rd i got about 12000 on it...

been thinking about tearing it down and painting it this winter porting the heads need to fix the fairing brackets and now i got a short in the fairing.. but she runs like a champ...

Hopefully you addressed the cam bearing problems. The carb and timkens on the crank make that bike a keeper.

yup.. when the bigbore kit was done the cam chest was gone thru and parts replaced... i am putting diff cams in it this winter again and a brother has a bissani race pipe i am gonna put on it... should run great when done.
