I just got back from the memorial for Pvt. Tinnell in Lake Havasu. This was the most
darmatic thing I've ever been a part of. We met at the American Leigon. There must have been around 200 bikes and trikes. 3x5 flags were passed out to those without and afixed to their bikes. We rode to the site of the service as a procession with traffic stopped for us. After the service we rode behind the family from south havasu to north havasu for the cemetery. That long ride was an average speed of 10mph with traffic stopped in every dirrection. The people in traffic were out of there vehicles either saluting or with their hands over their chest. At every intersection the police officers held their salute till every flag passed. The whole time I fought back the tears.I thank God for each and every one of these men and women for giving there all for me.
