Even though the CIA and FBI are not known for playing nice with each other, which could cause most politicians in Washington to not immediately run with FBI investigative results on the CIA, it seems pretty clear that Petraeus' reputation and public stature played a large role in not moving quickly on it. Looks like Petraeus' girlfriend may have let the cat out of the bag regarding Benghazi.

“Now, I don’t know if a lot of you heard this, but the CIA annex had actually, um, had taken a couple of Libyan militia members prisoner and they think that the attack on the consulate was an effort to try to get these prisoners back,” she said during her address. “So that’s still being vetted.”

I'd have more respect for Clinton if he got bagged with a higher quality of woman.
