What brought this to mind was learning here in Oregon, if you turn in a uncomplete ballot, the elections office workers will fill it in for you.

Let say you are a democrat and you do not want to vote for anyone for President, so you leave it blank, because you interned to not vote for anyone, but you did want to vote for your congressmen.
Unless you mark write in on your ballot, they will default to your party affiliation and mark it for you.

Seems to be legal, unless you mark one for a Republican, then you end up in jail.

Jeffy it happens every election it will happen again, this leftists are power hungry they will go to any means to upset the balance.
A friend told me yesterday he was inline for early voting sat, a poll workers walked the line and asked who was voting democrat ( this is a predominant black precinct) all that responded were given a list of what to vote for and whom, my friend told him he was voting dem so he could get one, this are the county election volunteer workers, my friend call 3 tv stations to report it, not a one reported crap, now had some asked "anyone voting republican, it would have been all over the national news.
CNN is just reporting that the DNC is already lawyering up for Wednesday.........

uummmmm , I believe the whole story is that both sides are lawyering up. Especially in states where it is close to a tie then all the absentee ballots have to be manually counted. Do you actually think the RNC does not have lawyers to challenge in close states? Oh, I get it, the Repub lawyers are there to protect the truth. The Dem lawyers want to subvert.

PS: there are a ton of gays in South Florida, they just don't walk around nude or have slick ..... glossy ..... websites.
