Agreed and I dont smoke but. Doesnt make any sense to me for a state to be counting on balancing their budget by taxing something that they claim they are trying to stop people from doing. Cant depend on tax income with that intent.

Amen, Uncle Dan, amen. My mother died of a smoking related illness about the same time you went through your personal experience. It's such a fukin' brutal waste.
