Got a follow up call from Reg Sr. today at R&R

We all know Reg Senior is a pretty busy guy with all that he does at R&R, but I thought it was very cool to get a follow up call from Sr. today. He called to see how the cranks working and we ended up discussing motor oils, case bolts and rod manufacturing for a half hour on top of that. Nice to see a guy take 35 minutes of his busy day to call and chat with a customer to make sure things are solid.

This is the kind of CS I have always received from Reggie Sr and Jr. Always top notch. I had Senior on the phone for an hour and a half yesterday on a conference call with Paul Matyka listening to them go at it about crankshafts and Reggie's new fixturing for rebuilding the oem's and balancing them on their new R&R/Hines Industries 2 plane system.
