Check it Out!
I'm not sure what I'm in for but here's a pic of the new Bike, 1975 FLH Police Special. It seems to run good no strange noises and a pleasure to drive, it was a police bike for 2 years, then 1 owner for 25 years and another for 2 years. Also wondering how hard it will be to get parts for the shovel and the bike itself.

Places like Custom Chrome, J&P, Chrome Specialties, Big Twin Co. and many others make A/M parts for your engine/bike. They are very easy to get parts for. Make friends with your local bandit M/C shop and they can order anything you need.
That's a nice bike. Enjoy.

I run an early 1979 FLH in very similar trim, parts are easy to find even over here in the UK!!
Enjoy it!

g-dam i like that!!!!! that is a real head turner...i mentioned in another thread that my bud and i are working on a 68flh...and for the most part no probs getting the usual stuff.....one thing that we did that i like is set up an interchangeable seat deal...you'll sit REALLY high on that stock seat...we got a mid priced mustang and mounted it right on top of the frame, a little rougher ride of course, but you sit in the bike instead way up there.... whatever turns your crank...nice ride....

Lot better looking than mine - really nice
Don' worry about parts.
If you can't get them in the US, we still got lots of stock in Europe
Don' worry, it comes with full title

Nice ride! Very nice ride!
Before you change that seat out you may want to ride it for awhile first. Personally i think the the old pogo seats are 1 of the most comfortable rides around (when set up right). But then i've been told i was dropped on my head at birth :p

Thanks for all the great comments on the bike, Geezer Glide seems to sum it up, I just got off the phone with the dealer and said it only needed a couple of minor things for the safety certificate and should be ready Wednesday,
hope it's a nice day for cruisen!
