Sprocket to Pulley

Has anyone converted their Ironhead to a belt final drive. I would love to get rid of the chain and I'm looking for a cost effective method. Thanks.

Chains are cool. If you don't have one, get one of the new o-ring style chains and forget about it.

Yes, I agree, there is nothing wrong with chain drive. Some Builders are using them on big dollar customs. (Martin Brothers used chains on their recent Biker Build-off winner. It's the cover bike on AIM this month.)

Like Mr. Miles says, get a nice O-ring chain (#530 is good) and relax and enjoy the ride. One other nice thing about chains is the ease with which you can try other gear ratios by changing sprockets.
