Cam id please

I am working on a 1974 74ci FLH Shovelhead and have got the camshaft out but cannot identify it. On the cam gear is the number #7-0000b and on the lobes the numbers h288b and 16-95 cr. Any idea on who the mfg is and what the grind specs are? Is it a hydraulic or mechanical?

I seen another post similar with a pn 7-0004b and it was identified as a Crane cam but I would rather not assume that is the case with mine because this is a pre-evo. And since Crane's website has been taken down due to s&s buyout, I cannot research the pn on their site.

Thank you,

Dan
