A couple of Panhead questions

I was wondering what i can do to shut the chain oiler off on my 56 Pan since i run an enclosed belt drive.Doesn't the oiler need to be left on since it's the breather for the motor? And also can anyone tell me exactly where the frame mount tab goes for the original external oil filter? Thanks in advance.

Can't shut the oiler off because it also vents the lower end.Going from memory here but I believe the tab for the oil filter is under the seat inside the frame tube.
