Smile 1982 1000 roadster

i just purchased this bike. runs well idles well, but when you accelerate fast bike wants to die like too much fuel. it has a s&s super b '81' on it, someone told me it needed to be jetted smaller. does this sound right? and where do i find jets without buying a whole kit?

thanks.

That carb has no accelerator pump in it you have to roll on the throttle not nail it that was the down side of B carbs from S&S you may need jetting. For best performance but that carb will always have a flat spot cracked wide open at low RPM
