Hey. Its not funny, but I like the term leaky nipple. anyway, my 49 EL with the plummer style manifold has a leak at the nipple in the rear head. any suggestions on this? do you think 3m black gasket goop would hold up for a while? Thanks
Is it leaking in theads or around manifold or around the rivet.I used to tape the treads and try to get the best swage I could.I would'nt be afraid of the silicone, just give it time to cure.good luck,ron
Hey thanks yea its around the threads oppisite the rivit. i have already cut it out with a dremel tool. yea Captain engine is 49 61cubic in I dont have a scanner. pauco or santee frame not jammer, i called them . 9in over wide glide. sport tank. thin conture seat like they had in the 70s black!
