Normal oil temp 93" S&S stroker?

My bro is running the 93" sidewinder kit. Runnin down the highway the oil is at 220deg on a 68 degree day. This seems awful hot and he thinks it was losing power on the 20 minute highway blast. I know there are a ton of variables, just need to know the normal oil temp range.

Yes it is normal temp at 60MPH you move about 1 QT of oil per mile in and out of the motor. Cylinder temp is @ 300deg or more stop worrying about oil temp!!
