I have a Kury on my 2003 FLHPI, and it works fine. You can get the red directional lenses from Harley for about $3 each.

It will work on your police bike. I have the HD one and it was a snap to put on. Ordered it from Hales (HD) out of Ohio and saved 20%. Well worth it.

Talking

I installed the Harley on my '04 FLHTPI and it was a snap; simple plug and play. It really is nice having the rear turn signals as running lights. The previous kit had the rear turn signals as brake lights but not running lights.

For $46 list price, this is a real "value" for a Harley accessory IMHO.

I agree! When the parts guy showed me this and I saw the price I about flipped, I hadn't been able to buy very much from the dealer for under $50.00. It is one of the best aftermarket purchases I have made for my RK, it and the Mustang seat. I looked at the others on the web, but don't have any experience with them. I am very pleased with the HD one though.

Got the MOCO's. Good function. Great price. More light is good.

full blown Kury set up cost a bunch but worth it

I went with Kury for the full blown Panacea set up on both front led directional/turn signals and the led rear directional/turn/stop with led tail. Spendy but well worth it. Here is a list of what it took to do the complete setup:
Kury Smoke lens LED fender tip light conversion # 4824 $ 19.00
Kury Smoke lens LED fender tip light conversion # 4823 $ 19.00
Kury Front LED conversion with smoke lens # 4829 $ 74.00
Kury Lay-down Panacea taillight with smoke lens # 4833 $ 118.00
Kury Panacea Rear Turn signal with smoke lens # 4830 $ 74.00
freight $ 35.00

I'll say this about the conversion: twice I have had LEOs stop and tell me the lights on the rear of my bike were the best thing they ever saw ahead of them on the road.

It took less than an hour to install all the parts on my 03 police glide.

I bought the HD kit 69461-06 and plugged it in last night and it works just fine.
My question is this. On the instructions there is a separate section for 1997-1999 FLHR & FLHRCI that states this, " It is necessary to change the circuit to which the brake light is connected to " It goes on and explains that you need to splice a blue and orange wire from the stop lamp and the main harness.
Since everything seems to work ok, should I be concerned at all about this circuit change? I don't want to fry anything. Thanks.

Kury is a piece of shlt. The Panacea set up is worthless... had it, returned it. You can't see it in the daylight and it is hard to figure out what is going on with all that flashing crap going on.

Get the HD module and if you want some serious light, get the www.heavycycles.com stuff. It works with the HD controller.

I like Kury's other stuff, just not their controller and Panacea products.

I have the kury run brake turn and it works great. I also like brake flash feature.
I have the HD smoked lens with red bulbs can't see them till you hit the brakes or turn signals.
