07 FLHP - shuts down ocassionally

or the 2nd time this season I am running along and all of a sudden its like the ignition shuts down... loses power and nothing at the throttle. While I am gliding along..if I turn off the RUN switch and then back on and hit the Start switch..it fires right back up...with out any bang.. so it must shut off spark and fuel. I have checked codes..and it shows nothing.
Anybody had a similar experience? It has not happened in over 3000 miles and then it happened 2 times within 2 weeks. I used to think it was bad gas or ethenol... anybody experience this before.??

Had that happen years ago on a '96 Road King. The bank angle sensor was shorting out. Replaced and good to go.
