Buy an extra set and send them for chrome plating, which you have probably already considered.
As for HD parts or aftermarket, a problem with the lower left housing is that it houses the clutch interlock switch not found on civilian bikes. You can, of course, eliminate this switch, especially useful if you want chrome levers since civilian levers don't have provision to operate the clutch interlock switch.
I don't recall the spacing/size of the openings in the lower switch housings on my '04 FLHTPI since it's been a couple of years since I replaced them with civilian chrome housings. But depending on those openings, and the switch shape and size of the right and left hand red switches, you may be able to use civilian lower switch housings with some modification--for example, cutting away the narrow metal seperating the two holes in the lower left housing used on the Ultra for the audio and CB/intercom switches.
If you want them, the easiest way will probably be chrome plating OEM housings.
