Are you going to R&R the tins, or do you expect the painter to do so? Take the bike to an indy and see who he recommends. Most body shops have compentent enough painters for a good job. If you want graphics or something, you may need a special painter.
Make sure that the paint hardens properly, has clear coat, that it hardens properly, and that you use extreme care when putting it back together.
Did I mention that the paint has to harden?
