flhtpi vin decode

i have a 2006 police special flh with a 103 motor the the fifth and sixth character of the vin is kc i cant find this model id in any vin decode charts. any one have an idea?

I think that is the FLHTCSE POLICE designation. I will look more into it.

I got a 08 FLHTPI and when I looked up the Vin.# in my manual 5th and 6th letters are "FM" it didnt have the letters in it.... interested to see what Capndave comes up with....
