They work, as do carbs that are Thunderjetted/bored as well.

have installed three of them now for myself and friends. I love them. Bob Maltz has always been honest, upfront, and a HUGE help with all of my carb questions and needs.

Still have some of the original "DaVinci" kits. Same game.
The reason that I bring up the topic of a Thunderjet, is that once the concept of what/how it works is understood, with the external air bleed and third fuel circuit, a skilled tuner can tune those tighter than tiss on a toad. "Razor-sharp throttle response."

I'm running one of the XXX Super G's on my 103. I put the Thunderjet Pro on it myself. I'm getting 40 to 42 MPG and the thing runs great! I like it.

Both my S&S carbs G & D, are modified and both with ThunderJets. It's all about dailing them in,If you like crisp throttle response that is.

On the dual-D, cross-ram manifold, we use 6 Thunderjets, total.
Gotta be on your toes when tuning them, but that said, in the intended application, that set-up works well, as pwmorris can back me up on that.

I just replaced a Thunderjetted modified G with a Davinci modified G and the difference is absolutely incredible on my S&S 124"Evo.It started and stayed running much better, off idle response was a real surprise, and rollons, all I can say is Thanks Dan Davinci. Can't wait to get the D done on my other bike.
