I just like being around motorcycles and learning new things myself. I have the extra room and I figure somebody might as well get some use out of the table when I'm not using it. I'd be willing to help wrench or just sit back and drink a beer if you prefer to do everything yourself.

I'm helping out a kid right now who bought his first bike that is in pretty rough shape. He never even heard the motor run when he bought it and it had all kinds of problems. We got all of the fluids changed and the motor up and running and a few minor issues taken care of. About all thats left is putting on a new wiring harness. Its a mess. The previous owner had bad splices and repairs to the harness everywhere and after hours tracing wires we still couldn't get some lights working. His new harness just arrived and we should have him rollin' by this weekend!

Anyway, it gives me something to do to keep me out of trouble.

I'm not far from Joliet. I may take you up on that offer sometime. I don't have any projects planned at the moment other than some small stuff...but who knows down that road. Nice to see guys willing to help out. I am a big jeep guy and you see stuff like this in jeep circles all the time.
