Wanted Badly: Discontinued Saddlebag Locks - HELP!

I am searching for part#46109-98 that was discontinued in 2001. They go around the Heritage soft saddlebag straps that snap together.

I have a RKC with the same softbag straps and REALLY would like to find someone who has a set hanging around and do not use them anymore.

Love to help, but I've looked for a spare set for years - and haven't been able to find them.

Hello my friend. For the 1st time ever, I went on a "Biker Trip". 3 others and I rode from S. florida throughout the Ozark's for a week. Logged 3,211 super happy and fun miles with the gang. Would have liked to of had the locks b4 I went.

when I got back, I was catching up on the mail and was overjoyed with your post.

Funny to see your name as "Pirate". I play HALO and if u go to BuzzCap.NET, you will see my HALO site which is 100% a pirate theme.

Thank you again..........I have searched beyond belief ffor the locks and started to lose hope.

surddyke.com said they can NOT get the locks for me. They will refund me.

Evidently, they contacted HD and found out it was discontinued. I figured since they were advertising the locks, they had them in stock.

Oh well, sadly to say, I am back on the search for the locks. :-(

I will not give up the search.

Sure as shoot'n, someone has the saddle bag locks sitting on their shelf or in a box in the garage they just ain't using. Grrrrr.

Randy, it was discontinues 7 years ago. I can understand ur post. Sheesh!

Buzz, ...your determination will find them eventually...try google if you haven't already. Another option is want ads on ebay...biker sites etc. Good luck to you.
