Typically I'm late to the party.
The Hawaiian people are great believers in the spirits that protect us and the land we live on. A Hawaiian priest or "Kahu" accompanied by a chanter walks down the rols of motorcycles with a Koa Wood bowl with water and uses a Ti-leaf to sprinkle th bikes with water in way of plessing. The annual event brings bike clubs from all over the State for this event under one tent, for food, entertainment, and friendship.
Yesterday, July 20th 2008 was the event... Pics of the ride/run to the location are here:

Keep in mind most of the pics are from just our Chapter until we got to the event itself... The number of bikes was amazing... and the pics dont show the whole field full as it was during the events peak.
