I went on this ride last year. We had fire truck escorts from each city that we rode through, even a helicopter that flew over head through out the ride. Police officers and Firemen were blocking off intersections standing at attention saluting us as we rode by. There were also many people on the sides of the streets and on bridge over passes waving American flags and cheering us on.
It was a well organized ride that is worth taken the time to participate, you wont be disappointed! Please pass this on to anyone that you know that rides. A majority of the bikes are Harleys, but all are welcomed. See below email for ride information............

Subject: September 11th Ride & Ceremony
Hey All,
Just a reminder that September 11th is a couple weeks away. Again this year I will host my annual 9-11 Patriotic Ride and Ceremony. Last year drew over 300 riders and 600 to the Remembrance Ceremony. The 2006 Ride involved 35 fire apparatus, dozens of police cruisers and many other emergency vehicles. It was an impressive show of patriotism and unity. For more information on this years 9-11 event see the weblink.

This year I would like to involve more Military and Police Agencies and I am looking for contacts within the Orange County Sheriff, CHP, Huntington and Newport Beach PD. Also Seal Beach Air Marine Station. If you can help, please contact me with information.
Thanks, Gary
