Hello fellow Delinquents!
I have just returned from a real ballclub's opening weekend at a real ball park! Spent the weekend in Cleveland at the Jake taking in the Tribe's sweep of the Twinkies! My uncle just started his new job as an usher and managed to score great seats for all three games.
Of course, it was April on the shores of Lake Erie so I was bundled up big time.
Took the scoot and managed to get a couple hours of rain time in on they way up (man the freezing wet boots really sucked) but the return trip was glorious!
Now I have to lower my expectations for the Nationals home opener but then again at least its home town baseball!
