I'm slow this AM, but yep, I'm interested.
Could do a Dougie memorial ride and meet up at the Exxon at the front gate of Quantico at 0930. A nice "easy" loop out 619 toward Vint Hill and back should get us back to Triangle around 11 and home before noon.
Mike??
Any other D's, DD's or hopefuls?????

Breakfast sounds good. Maybe that little Dumfries Diner Doug liked (if it's open), or we can spot some place during the ride...

Ok. I'll see you at the Exxon and we'll decide from there.
Out the door in 10 minutes.

Mike - Great Ride!
Always nice to start the New Year with 100 miles of riding on a beautiful day. That breakfast place was phenomenal - well that may be a slight overstatement - but it was great riding with you. It's a shame - as you said - that the other Delinquents are all PW'd. Maybe they'll grow their balls back during the winter and be ready to ride in the spring!
I know Doug would have ridden - if he'd just been a few miles closer!

I thought you weren't supposed to say that out loud...
Yeah, it was a nice day. Wind was really starting to pick up by the time I got home. Made a detour on the way home. Nice ride. Thanks for posting the invite.

I wish I was out there riding with you all. Sounds like you two had a good ride. I do miss the little diner. Was convenient and seems like Quantico was about half way for you all north and south of it. As for John, if I'm not mistaken he's got a little Honda sitting outside. I'm sure I could have gotten a few more Delinquent's out there.

I rode yesterday.
Hey guys.
Sorry, but I rarely come up here to VTF since I cancelled my membership.
Plus I'm a Doof who doesn't check the Delinquent thread on our new home in the DC place.
I rode, but only about 25 miles, and I didn't leave until around 12 noon.
I did Hwy 1 to 610 headed west to Ruby, VA.
Stopped at that 7-11 across the street from the post office there for coffee and headed home.
I spent the rest of the day taking down all the inside Christmas decorations and re-arranging furniture. Got the living room back to normal.
Bike is running good, but I know it is time for fluids to be changed since I don't remember the last time I changed 'em. Need to put on the new/used outer primary cover that I have too. Will need a gasket for that.
The two younguns have kept both me and the OL busy, and now they are both sick with colds or something. Damn, it sems like a neverending story.
Additionally, it's cold in that shed where I keep the bike.
Hope to get some free time this coming weekend for some TLC on the bike. Heck, it needs cleaning up too, the windshield still has bugs on it from last summer.

Timmy;
If you can brave the cold long enough to ride it down here, you can do minor maintenance in my "heated" garage. Just need to call in advance to I'm sure to be here. Of course, others have been known to trailer their bikes over too.
