Heading for the York Open House that runs from 9-18 to 9-20. Anyone else going to the events there?

I'll be there from 9-18 through 9-20. Staying at Hanover since I couldn't find any rooms in York. I've calmed down now that I know about the $5 admission. Small price to pay considering everything there is to do there. Look forward to it every year and would hate to see it end...I'm just glad the dealers were willing to take on the task of organizing it after the factory could no longer do it due to it's growth. We'll have to meet up somewhere...know any good, easy to find spots Dynatherapy?

I'll be heading there the afternoon of the 16th. Staying at a B&B in Lancaster. Everything was booked in York. Plan on being in York first thing Thursday (9-17). Anyone want to plan a meet somewhere?

Probably be 1 HARD day of riding if I go. I may leave here early Sat morning and return sat night.

Habenaro,

From WNY, making that trip including taking in the event, is one hard day of riding to say the least. You're looking @ 12 hrs. of serious cruising just to and from, minimum.

I've been considering to go but my boss now has delirious dreams of me traveling out of the country for business next week. Too bad... I'd hook up with you.

My last cell dropped outta my pocket on the x-way at 90+mph.....

I found out that they were NOT designed to survive that type of impact.

So I lost all my numbers, ping me again.
I have to get a tire on this week, I just realised that it's 9 days away....

If I get my sled back I'm thinking of riding up on Saturday. I went on Saturday last year. One tip: I you want to take the tour on Saturday, get there early 'cause the factory closes at noon.

I got a couple of nice cigars if anybody wants to eyeball.

If any of you guys can stick around til noon on Sunday, the Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squade Ride is on Sunday. The 80 mile non-stop police escorted motorcycle ride cruises the the Maryland Countryside.

This is from the York Open House web site

Self-guided factory tours are offered each day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 18, 19 and 20. Due to ongoing construction, everyone wishing to take the tour during the Open House must park and board buses at the York Expo Center. Parking will not be available for guests at the plant and tours will only be offered to those with registration cards, available only at the York Expo Center.
