Turns out the rider(deceased) was a neighbor, the female(bad hurt) was a patron of the family rest. and..he knows the kid that hit 'em.

It's been insane Hillside, every morning there's another death this week. 2 caused by cars turning left in front of the biker and one of those happened to a woman certified motorcyle safety trainer, the other driver was elderly and "never saw her."
For all we do to avoid them, a major crash on a bike is often a death sentence.
