Twisted cycles has always treated me well. R&R Cycles does good performance work if that is what your looking for.

Thanks Mongo, Twisted come very highly recommended by some Vrod buddies, they're just a 40min drive away for me, was hoping for something a little closer, Nashua, Lowell, etc. Not sure if that's normal (having to drive a ways for a good shop), I might just have been spoiled by having sport bikes prior to '05. There's a dealer on every corner for them!
Twisted Cycles are my choice if I can't find anyone closer to me that I trust.

There are two new shops in the Hudson NH area. Not sure of their reputation. I think one of the shops is Granite State V-twin on 102 past the Mobil station heading north towards Derry. The other one is in Hudson near T-Bones...can't remember the name.

I have a friend of a friend who knows the owner of Granite State V-twin. Says they do good work but I've never been there myself.
Anyone have any feedback about Wizard Cylces on Amherst St (Route 101A) in Nashua? I drive by there occasionally but have never stopped in.

There is Fast Eddies in Chelmsford, but for performance work, with R@R as close as they are, I can't see why you would go anywhere else. Just keep it simple or you will be tempted to buy a lot of stuff you don't necessarily need.

Had R&R do a Stage 2 1/2 on my Deluxe, couldn't be happier. Very professional, the builder even called and we talked about what he's doing, like enlarging the oil return hole in the so the oil doesn't come out the top of the valve cover. And I got an hour tour of the place by Reggie Sr. Even talked to me when I picked up the bike.

R&R (Nashua) is by reputation one of the top handful of builders in the country.
Our own Steve (GMR) recommended them to me when I inquired about New England area builders.

I ran into a guy in Manchester the other day at advanced auto, he does work on the side; I believe he mentioned he worked at R&R at one time. He has a page on myspace under smittybilt he is from Hancock. My first impression was he is knowledgeable and honest. If I can't fix my 93 evo problem, chirping noise in the primary? I'm bringing it to him.

What's the Chop Shop in Milford like? I know exactly where it is and I drive by frequently but have never stopped in. What's his style of shop?

Samara's Cycles Rt 122 Millbury/Worcester line, approx 1/2 mile from the Mass Turnpike Millbury exit. Robbie is a very talented mechanic. Tell him I said so!
