FNG Love this Forum!

I have been riding motorcylces since the age of 18. The first mc was a 450 Honda scrambler. The reason I had to wait until I was 18 is because my parents would not approve nor allow the purchase of a motorcyle. Too Dangerous! I graduated to a 750 Honda and then went on to purchase a 900 Kawasaki. At the time, it was the fastest mc available. Finally I moved up to a Harley Sportster that unfortunately had a whole 250 miles on it and was stolen from the apartment complex I lived at in
San Antonio. Severl years went by (21 to be exact) and I bought another Harley. This time opting for the comfort of a bagger. 2001 Electra Glide Classic. Last year I sold the Classic and "stepped up" to the 03 Elctra Glide Ultra. I love this ride!! I have just had the local dealer do a Stage II with true dual, V&H ovals and power commander! It sounds great! Now if I could get the snow and ice off the driveway, I might give it a test run! I have even discussed with the better half possibly loading it in a trailer and heading south far enough on a weekend to get out of the snow just to ride it with the new Stage II. Minnesota is a great place to ride in warmer weather, but really has its down side from November through March! Great forum! I have already learned a great deal and gotten many good ideas. Ride safe!

Welcome to the forum! It's funny how you remember all your rides. I never once knew what rides I was riding, along the way. As long as it had two wheels, was all that mattered to me. If anything went wrong, Dad did all the fixing. It must be the girl in me. Thanks for sharing and helping me bring back some memmories. Ride safe and keep us posted,

Welcome K9Guy, I understand your snowy season, since I live next door in Michigan. Oh well we can dream and fantasize about spring. This down time most of us in the northern states call it MOD season. We have that at least, while our southern Friends ride all season without a chance to MOD
