Recently moved from the bone-dry desert of Nevada to the fertile (and rainy) state of Mississippi, causing the almost immediate purchase of rain-gear! Current ride is an 09 FLHTCU, most recent ride was 05 FLSTC that, on occassion, I miss. Exploring my new territory on two wheels every chance I get.

Welcome to the forum. I got to ride the Natchez Trace Parkway last year. Real nice!

Riding the Natchez Trace (for the first time) was very nice and relaxing. When you consider the Trace's 50 MPH speed limit vs the almost unlimited crazy speeds you can drive out west, it was a very pleasant change. Longest time I ever spent out of sixth gear!

Also having to adjust to airborne bugs and prodigious wild-life (especially deer) that were not a consideration in the desert. On the plus side, no scorpions here...
