Limited Edition Road king

I have recently purchased the above which is Purple in colour,my question is it has a tiny Harley sticker on the tank stating 57/150 limited edition it is a 2001 model 1450cc what does the above numbers mean the previous owner seemed to think it meant 57 all with the colour purple,any ideas.

It means that particular paint set is a limited run of not more than 150, yours is #57. All the same colors. Look for a P&A catalog from 2001 and you'll be able to find out how much it cost.
