Greetings from a Harley newbie
Hi Folks,
I have been a rider for 40+ years and this past June I bought my first Harley Davidson. It is a "1999 Night Train" - actually a custom wide-tire, soft tail frame with about 38 degrees of rake and all the night train pieces in and on it. I think it is a Paughco frame.
I am a motor-head and have really enjoyed digging in to it. The previous owners and the builder were obvious bone-heads from all of the mistakes that I have needed to fix. But I love wrenching and have done a number of additions to it.
This bike has more character and soul than any other bike I've ever owned or ridden. I will post some pictures of it. I have a number of things I want to do to it once winter sets in and I will be posting lots of questions in the coming months.
