Hi Dave here from oz ride a 2008 XL1200Nightster i purchased new .I cruise around the qld se area .This is my first Harley and love it my wife says i love it more than her she could be right only kidding .Where i ride the highways are uncrowded and the hinterland road are awsome.Look forward to the forum and will upload some photos of my ride when the paint drys

to VTF - know what ya mean about the wife thikin you love the ride better than her. First 20 years with mine and I couldn't keep her off it. Now she doesn't want to get near it. Bike runs queiter too - for some reason, all that screaming from the rear end is gone. The dealer can't fiqure out what happened and I don't care either, so it's a win win all around.
