CenTex Newb Here...

Greetings,
New to this forum but not to scooters.
Picked up bike number 94 (my 5th HD, a 1997 FXDWG) about a month ago from a good friend (babied and garage kept) with only 6000 miles and have been enjoying her.
Started riding in mid 60's on a Honda Cub and progressed thru a bunch of different bikes over the years.
Still have 10 or 12 hanging around including SL125s, YZ 250s, 1976 KZ900 LTD I bought new, a GoldWing powered reverse trike that's under construction right now and Dyna.

Here is a pic of Dyna:

It came with lots of extra parts and accessories he was collecting (air filter assy, mufflers, ignition, etc.) that were still in the box or shrink wrap, the only piece missing to complete a Stage 1 was a jet kit for the carb.

I rode it basically stock (except for some HD torque mufflers) for a week while waiting for the DynoJet kit to arrive. After the kit came in, I installed: Screaming Eagle aircleaner and mount kit, DynoJet Kit, Screaming Eagle Balogna cut muffler??s and Screaming Eagle ignition and new plugs.

The next "overhaul" will include some cleaning up of front and rear by relocating the turn signals and changing them to dual intensity LEDS and adding the "load" required to make them flash correctly and then some leather saddle bags after relocating the rear signals.

The wife and I have been taking putts here and there but the heat in Texas right now limits these to early morning or late evening but we have managed to put on almost 1000 miles!

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.....
