nickkendrick is on a distinguished road
Hello again, all. wrungout1 returning as nickkendrick

Yeah, I probably didn't go about this in the smartest way. I was all over the exhaust forum about a year ago, and got some great advice. I forgot my password, and changed my email address, etc. yada yada. So I'm back. In time I'll work out my signature, go premuim membership, and get a pic of my bike in the signature.

The exhaust forum was great. I was having problems with my V&H Long Shots. I.E. they were too loud and weak in performance. Everybody on the board seemed to like the 2-1 solution. Toyed with the idea of LSR, but met too much resistence from them, while at the same time called V&H and they were great - gave me a set of unmounted returns - Propipe HS's for half price. The board was great help in hashing out ideas. BTW - I LOVE the propipes - they really woke the bike up and sound great. Performance difference is night and day.

To be honest, the reason I'm back is because I'm looking to post my bike in the classifides. I've been riding harley's for seven years, and I think it's time to make a change. My plan is to get a K1200S and then several years down the road get a rigid from somewhere like Sucker Punch Sally's or Fly Rite. That's what I basically ride the harley for now - in the city bar hopper (sober of course). I don't have time for trips from LA to Reno or San Fran any more.

Anyway, just wanted to say hello again and be up front about my reasons for my return. Any tips on how to handle my 'handle' change would be appreciated. As would any advice about what I should do. I'll try to participate for an appropriate amout of time before posting any ad.

Thanks in advance.

Nick.

thanks guys. It's good to be back. Who knows maybe my 80%/20% decision will become 50 50 and then I'll just bag it and ride what I got. Which is pretty great to begin with ;-)
