Help Me Price This Scoot Plz

Well, I'm behind in my property taxes again. It looks like I may have no choice but to sell my bike. I'm still trying to find another way but....in the meantime I find prices on similar bikes all over the map. I know some good folks find it necessary to move their scoot at a fire sale price to get action, and I'm not quite to that point yet, but it's getting close. Here's the basics about mine. I'd really like objective opinions about what it's worth.

2006 Vivid Black Road King with 3500 miles
No scratches or dings
Vance and Hines slip ons
Stage One
SERT
Tuned on a Dyno by Sean at American Harley Ann Arbor, Mi.
Amsoil since the first oil change
Cop seat with functional hidden air bladder
Cruise control installed
Speedo with tachometer installed
Extended reach handlebars
Chrome slotted clutch and brake levers, oversized wide angle mirrors on slotted stems, chrome billet and slotted brake pedal, chrome passenger footrest covers, chromed foot shifter linkage, chrome gas line, quick detachable sissy bar and backrest. American flag on chrome billet stand. Padded and chrome grips with palm rest on throttle.

I know there's more but that's basically it. This bike has been garage kept and has never been down or even ridden in the rain except once. Runs very smoothly, rarely backfires or pops at all. Never been beaten. Old man's scooter.

What's it worth ?

There's an 07 Road King Custom a my dealer with 2,700 miles, asking 14,000.00, I bet they'd take 12,700 and be thrilled but thats just a guess.

Very nice bike, unfortunately Michigan has been hit pretty good by present economic conditions, if times were good I'd say 17500. Maybe you can make a deal with someone local.

Have a 06 flhri looking to trade at dealer. $12500 they would put it on the floor for $14000. Paid $15200 last june. They can kiss my kister.

I would guess around 12,000 to 13,000 with the way things are locally. I did a search on cycletrader and motor city HD has one for $13,000 which is the lowest of the ones listed but all are through dealers and as we know they list them higher than you'd get. List it for $14,000 and know if someone is interested you'd drop the price to make them think the got a deal. all part of the game, aim high, sell a bit lower.
