The press is always quick to say whether or not the person was wearing a helmet, but they rarely say whether or not the person died/was injured from a head injury. Deliberate omission?

I may be wrong and have dreampt it, but I thought I read about this shortly after it happened and it read something to the fact that there was a malfunction with the throttle by wire that the Touring models use.

So does this mean I can pick up a used 2008 at the dealer for a greatly reduced price?????
