Great first post.
Put some air in your tires and see if you can make it past that "Happy Hour!" sign.

Nothing quite like an 800 pound machine underneath you to make you know when you're feeling dizzy. Go real, real slow...turn the handles bars sharply to the right or left....and then squeeze the front brake hard. If you go down, your normal. If you don't go down...you did it wrong. Repeat.

Vertigo, stress/anxity attack, lightheadedness from low BP? More commonly, one too many drinks.

Too much ear wax can cause vertigo - saw a guy who acted drunk because of this...(not kidding!)

Is it like you are being lulled into a feeling of semi-consiousness by the vibration or movement or wind? In any case you might want to have your blood pressure and blood sugar checked - soon. Getting older is the pits but it does beat the alternative.

My wife has that same thing once in a while. Something to do with inner ear. Doesn't happen all the time, but she now has medication to relieve it. Go to the Dr. At least she isn't operating the bike when it happens.

Don't know where you are in NJ, but there are some sections on the northern part of 287 with rain grooves cut in that give me the heebie jeebies. Of course the skinny 21" tire out front doesn't help.

hate those things and really HATE when they scrape up the roadway. Riding that especially when its raining. Felt like the bike was slipping side to side.

I'm no doctor but I'd be inclined to agree with the vertigo dealeroo. I sometimes get it shortly after stopping from a longish ride. Hits about the time I turn off the ign and reach for a camel. I just sit on the bike, fire up and enjoy the spins. Probably just nicotine withdrawl combined with the sudden cease of motion. lol. While riding! Nah... See a doc! This time of year's notorious for tree pollen and all sorts of airborne clinkers that can wreak havoc with allergies which often go unchecked and lead to inner ear troubles causing equalibrium issues. Panic attacks, anxiety? Gotten 'em on various occasions as well but not while riding. Get yourself checked and good luck.

Meniere's Disease: Here are the symptoms. One of my carpenter buddies had this. One minute he's fine, next minute he's on the floor , puking.

He had an operation about 10 years ago and now he's fine.
