Harley Spray Cleaner & polish product.

Guys,

Need help, i have a new Bagger and was using some cleaner on the bike, well i must have over sprayed the rear fender and it went onto the the hard bag and dried up after i rode for the day.

I used Harley Spray Cleaner & Polish it kind of foams up sometimes (white foamy) not clear spray and as best as i can describe it is spotted up on my bag. I didn't notice the overspray so i went out and rode for all day.

It looks like i have raised droplets of the cleaner/polish (to me wax). I've washed the bike and the spots are still there. However I can see the spots coming up a bit when i apply elbow grease. I want the spot buildup off but i don't want to "scratch" the paint.

I've used a microfiber cloth and so other S100 cleaner along with some elbow grease and some of it came off, but i don't want to "over do it". Is there some type of glaze or something that will take things off but leave the paint and clear coat perfect?

Any suggestions?

What kind of cleaner did you use?

sorry if i wasn't clear it was Harley Spray Cleaner & Polish.

anyways i used the isotropic alcohol, Quetips and a new micro cloth. i came right off. (Hopefully my paint or clear coat doesn't come off) looking at if from the side (with the shine) and it all looks good now. I then put some wax on it just in case there was an issue and now it's all brand new again.. <<whooo>>

I read the Harley can and is says "don't leave it on to dry by itself wipe off right away"... <figures>

(thank goodness for this forum because i got the idea of the mineral spirits or isotropic alcohol from another posting. )
