What kind of wax do you use?

I washed my bike today and ended up with a few water spots because she was in the sun and I got sidetracked. I decided to give her a good wax and broke out the S100 wax I got a while back. I waxed on, waxed off, and still could see water spots. Does anyone else think this stuff sucks? What are you guys using?

Tried lots of em. I keep going back to turtle wax's "ICE" (liquid synthetic polish)
Cleans great and makes your paint look a foot deep.
Oh yeah, no sweat application and buffing.
Leaves no white trace.
I used this stuff on my national winning pro street bike exclusively.

Meguiar's Meguiar's
It's the only wax and polish products I'll use on my vehicles. Three out of four of those are vivid gloss black and not a swirl or blemish caused by paint/clear coat care.

Meguiars.. solid stuff..

I also use quick detailer ..Faster than washing, superior results.

I usually only do a full wash if I've been in the rain and need to get all the crud from under the fenders, engine, etc.

Mr. Cujo knows what he is talking about, he has a very nice white bike, I like white bikes.

I've always used Turtle Wax. I may have to try this Meguiar's of which you speak.

and..another vote for Meguiar's Gold. My bike is 14 years old, was painted in '96 by Colormania. HOK Paint looks NEW thanks to Meguiars. Not sayin there aren't others just as good..but I am SURE this works. Marbelized.

I hope I don't get flamed too bad for this.
I have almost always used Meguiar's. Last year on a benefit ride I received a bag of "goodies" that included a sample of Harley Glaze. I thought what the hell, and used it next time I washed my bike. I gotta say, it did a real good job. I virtually never buy Harley branded products but in this case I maybe would. My bike is silver so I can't say how it would work on a dark color, but it works great on chrome too.

Let the flamin' begin..............

Mine is an off brand that I found. It is called SIMPLY Z BEST. AND IT COMES WITH A SPRAY FOR TOUCH-UPS. Its quick and the best I have found. gets rid of the waterspots, cleans the chrome and leaves the black paint looking like glass. Now if I could only find more since I am almost out.

I like Meguiars when I do a serious wash about twice a month and I use Honda polish, or pledge the rest of the time for post ride rub downs.

I cleaned mine up with the stuff from the Simoniz Fix It kit. While it Does Not work as advertised it will put a good high gloss finish down and cover any of the micro fine scratchs you might have.

I was using Turtle Wax Ice but someone sent me a Harley Starter care kit with the Harley Gloss. It seems to work a little better than the Ice but at this point the bike is too shiny to really be able to see a difference. Soon it will has more shiny, high polished parts here and there.

I will have to pick up a bottle of Mequiars and check it out.
