I believe S-100 is just silicone lube. I've used regular silicone lube and it seemed to work as well as the S-100.

What is the brand and where do you get the silicone lube?

Any brand will work, I suppose. You can get it at any home store or hardware store. It just a can of spray silicone that sits by the WD-40 and other lubes.

Try "Pig Spit"! It's in a bigger can and less expensive. They also have "Pig Snot" to wax your tinshttp://www.pigspit.com/

Engine Brightner

Regarding Silicone Lube: It will work but be very careful of the one that you use. Some of them are caustic and melt plastics. A good test of one to use is what I nicknamed the "styrofoam cup" test. Take one to the store with you and spray a bit into the cup. If it doesn't immediately melt the cup you should be good.

Good Luck.

You can pickup Pig Spit at Wal-Mart for 5-6 bucks and it works great. I have also used S100 Engine Brightener which also works great, but costs more for less product 8-9 bucks and half the size of Pig Spit. Plus Pig Spit just sounds tough and it's made in the USA.

I've used Armor All for about 5 yrs. no problems. Wipe excess off with NO-LINT rag. You can get it in a pre-soaked sponge at some car washes. It's about 1/4in. thick and fits nicely between the fins. Just squeeze the excess out first and you won't have to re-wipe it.
