The ol' lady did good & got me the harbor freight bike lift for xmas! what jack adapter is best to use with this? (for taking off the wheels,etc.) what's the most popular/versatile/inexpen$ive etc.?

If its the yellow one Ive had one for about 2 years
I have a heritaage and dont use any adapter.Just stand the bike up with the handlebars and slide the jack under.I also have never had to strap it down its very stable.I have never done anything like taking the wheels of though.Just stuff like oil changes and And when I wash it.
