Service recall for '07 FXSTC

Plugged in my VIN on the MOCO website service check up area and got this:

ATTENTION:

There are one or more open safety recalls or product improvement campaigns on your vehicle. The following list contains the campaign number and a brief description:

0903: TORQUE SMOOTHING CALIBRATION

We strongly urge you to take your motorcycle to your dealer to have the appropriate service performed as soon as possible. Should you choose to ride your motorcycle prior to this service, we urge you to be aware of this condition. Please see your local Harley-Davidson dealer for further details.

Anyone else seen this? Could it mean that they have a fix for the vibration/rattle under acceleration? Dealer service is closed today. Will have to call on monday.

There are several threads on this subject. Do a search for "recall" and other
pertinent words.
It appears that the download changes the ignition timing in some areas of the map.
Opinions differ as to how well the download works. Much of that seems to depend on what mods, if any, you have done to your bike.
Best thing is to talk to your dealer.

Had it on my bike, left the dealer and it sounded like I was dragging a small chain from the front wheel.
The proverbial surging reduced about 40%.
I'm now fiddling with the SE 32136 race fueler, I think I'm getting close, the pinging is gone so far.
