R.I.P Richard Wright

Richard Wright, keyboardist for Pink Floyd, passed away at age 65.

One of the best bands ever!!

RIP Richard!

Floyd's founding member dead at 65

Just heard about his losing fight with cancer...just brings back too many memories since my Mom lost her fight 4 years ago and she had a huge crush on Richard Wright.

I had a chance to see Pink Floyd in concert twice, and besides David Gilmour's guitar work, Wright's keyboards were amazing.

Sad day indeed.

Outside the tragedies (ie: Lennon, Holly, Allman, Hendrix et al) we've just begun to really see the end of the Rock and Roll greats.

The Beatles, Stones, Zep, Floyd...they're all getting to that age when...well, you know.
