A tragic loss...
The crash was terrible....I prayed for his wife, kids and all others in the Kalitta family.
But I was shocked at how few people knew of Scott Kalitta or his famous dad Connie - one of the most famous members of the NHRA family.
Case in point - John Boy of the Big Show, an avid NASCAR junkie, accidently referred to Connie as Scott's mom.
NHRA lost an icon; a great racer, a great dad and a great person.
No one in Heaven will ever catch Scott.
