It was a nice day

until that sudden thunderstorm came along! We took the bikes to a car show and walked around for a bit, decided to take my nephew for some ice cream, since he came with us, he's 10 years old and loves to go on rides with us. Sitting at the stop light is started to rain, then the thunder came and then the downpour. All while we were waiting for the light to turn green. When the hail started to fall, that's when the light turned and we found shelter in a nearby laundry mat. But by that time we were all soaked! It didn't last long, the sun came back out, we had ice cream and took a short ride to dry off!

Sounds like we had the same kind of weather as you did. We did the fishing/skiing thing this weekend - no riding. Had a great time though!
